Simple to use web-based network management tools
Innovative web-based software ensures simple and seamless access to the machine`s document server. Web Image Monitor comes pre-installed on the device and is accessed through a standard web-browser interface. As a result, Network Administrators no longer have to spend valuable time installing software onto each individual PC. At the same time, users can view, download, re-fax or re-print documents stored within the document server, or simply check the status of paper trays or toner levels in the machine, increasing efficiency and productivity. Web SmartDeviceMonitor software gives Network Administrators central control of networked document devices via a web-browser. Easily downloaded and installed, it allows automatic detection and configuration of devices and provides proactive communication of their status via email, maximizing user productivity.

Security you can count on
Whatever your security priorities, a range of functions available on the DSm632, will ensure total document confidentiality. For example, password identification may be required before any of the machine features can be accessed, including scan-to-email, where a password can be used to prevent unauthorised use. Additionally, users can take full advantage of secure printing by inputting a password at the control panel before confidential documents are printed, providing even greater security for your documents.

Flexible scan-to-folder distribution
This simple to operate and easy to manage feature is specifically designed for the cost effective distribution of large documents. The whole document can be quickly and securely sent direct to the receiver`s network folder via your existing network structure, without the need for extra software or hardware. Fast, affordable network printing
The DSm632 will simply and seamlessly produce exceptionally sharp, true 600dpi quality resolution documents at impressive speed of 32 prints per minute, respectively. As a result, printing multiple page documents from the desktop becomes a more cost effective option than printing a single set and running off copies. In addition, double-sided prints are output at virtually the same high speed. This means you not only reduce production times, but you also save on paper costs.

Exceptionally easy to operate
The touch screen control panel is simplicity in itself. Even a first time user can easily access all of the multifunctional features through the step-by-step menus. When printing, the RPCS driver guides users through print jobs by displaying easy to follow icons, to quickly and easily deliver printed documents in the right format, first time.

Versatile faxing
The DSm632 has a productive, simple to use and versatile fax module. The paperless feature means each fax no longer needs output. All incoming faxes are stored in memory and can be viewed at the desktop prior to printing or downloading, without the need for a separate, dedicated server. An Internet fax option is also available, this is ideal where high levels of international faxes are involved saving both time and call costs.

Superb digital copying quality
As MFP devices, these machines are equally impressive when digitally copying. They deliver a superb 600dpi copy resolution from the first to last copy of every run - at print speed of 32 copies per minute. Streamline document communication with scan-to-email
This embedded feature enables users to send emails directly from the control panel of the machine, increasing both speed and efficiency. Users have the option of either manually entering a new or infrequently used email address via the touch screen QWERTY keypad, or automatically via LDAP (Lightweight Directory Access Protocol), giving the user quick and easy access to the entire company email address book. This technology also saves time for the Network Administrator, as addresses only need to be updated once on the email server for the machine to be instantly updated.
